About Me

Hi, Lorraine here.

My husband and I have been blessed with four beautiful children. After the birth of our fourth, we decided that our family was ‘complete’ and that we would have no more. But only after two months, we began discussing having more kids.

When you see a cute little baby, it’s so hard to resist. Right now, we have two beautiful girls followed by two adorable boys. I would love to have another little baby girl, but who knows what I’ll think if I have another boy (dare I have a 6th?)

Throughout the pregnancies, I have slowly learned that a woman’s body is an amazing mystery nothing short of a miracle. In some of the pregnancies, my doctor and I were concerned about my weight gain and I know there must be a lot of other women who worry about the same.

So How Can I Help Here?

When we began to think about having another baby, I started searching for answers to keep my weight under control. So when I came across a book by the title “Pregnancy Without Pounds”, I just knew I had to review it. Here, you’ll find my honest and candid review of it. Nothing held back.

I hope you will find the review articles helpful and wish you all the best with your baby and upcoming birth. If you find anything unclear, please feel free to contact me.

Thank you for visiting and God bless you and your family (especially the baby).

Nice article! I was also fatty as…..i don’t know to what to compare, but when i passed 300pounds(!) i decided to take of at the very least one hundred pounds-i managed to take 106 of -in brief time, however i payed with melancholy and several health issues(tachycardia was terrible!),it doesn’t matter what problems one may have when fat, it will possibly worsen without correct plan, proved additives, pills, and sensible goal , those are vital ingredient’s for long run fat loss

Hello would you mind letting me know which webhost you’re working with? I’ve loaded your blog in 3 different web browsers and I must say this blog loads a lot faster then most. Can you suggest a good web hosting provider at a reasonable price? Kudos, I appreciate it!

I’m using Bluehost. I think I have the cheapest plan, but was told that they’re very reliable. Give them a try.

I acquired more interesting things on this fat loss issue. 1 issue is that good nutrition is vital when dieting. A big reduction in fast foods, sugary food, fried foods, sweet foods, pork, and whitened flour products might be necessary. Retaining wastes bloodsuckers, and harmful toxins may prevent targets for fat-loss. While certain drugs quickly solve the challenge, the horrible side effects are certainly not worth it, and they never present more than a momentary solution. It’s a known indisputable fact that 95% of fad diets fail. Many thanks for sharing your opinions on this site.

I think it’s more accurate to say that “reduction in fast foods, sugary food, freid foods, sweet foods, pork, and whitened flour products” are necessary, not just a “might be necessary”.
      🙂
Why is it that all the yummy foods are so bad for us?
